Don't just buy a bag of 100 or 250 worms from us and toss them into a container in your refridgerator. They will die much sooner than if you gave your worms an environment where they will live much longer and even begin to breed in. We have developed a soil mixture that will maximize the life and breeding of your worm purchase.
We have designed a special mixture of premium organic soil, peat moss and loose coconut fiber substrate made from the husks of coconuts. This combination has been designed by us to specifically provide the ideal environment for your worms to live, breed and thrive in. 1 bag is enough to adequately fill a container about 12” long X 8” wide X 6” high (about the size of a shoe box) that can provide the ideal environment for 100 - 250 worms to thrive in.
